Accessibility
A playful tool should still be clear and usable. This page describes the design choices and how to report a barrier; it is not a claim of a formal accessibility certification.
Navigation and reading
Pages use semantic headings, a skip-to-content link, labeled navigation regions and keyboard-operable links. The mobile menu is a button with an expanded state; “Other Pages” and FAQs use native disclosure controls. Content reflows into a single column on small screens. Zoom and text resizing are not intentionally blocked.
Forms and results
Inputs have visible labels. Required fields are marked by the browser and explained in the form. Quiz scales include their endpoints and separate Person A and Person B controls. Validation reports incomplete or invalid input without transmitting it. Result areas announce updates and receive focus after a calculation. Reset clears the result, and editing an input hides an out-of-date result until it is regenerated.
Color, motion and targets
The fixed palette uses dark purple #8E1EA2 for readable text on light pink #FFC0DE (approximately 4.85:1 contrast). Pink and secondary purple are used for decoration, not as the sole indicator of meaning. Primary buttons use the reverse dark/light pairing. Focus is visibly outlined; controls have generous touch targets. Reduced-motion preferences turn off the small card transition.
Alternative formats
Each tool can produce a plain-text download as well as a print layout. Your browser may offer Save as PDF. The anniversary tool also provides a standard all-day calendar file. Text exports include the method summary and fun-only warning, without requiring the decorative homepage image.
Known limits
Interactive calculations require JavaScript. Browser print dialogs, download handling and calendar apps vary, especially on phones and in embedded previews. Native select and date controls can differ between browsers. Other WordPress plugins, themes or custom CSS may affect the live site. No independent, complete WCAG conformance audit has been claimed.
Report a barrier
Use the Contact page to describe the page, control, browser and what prevented use. Share assistive-technology details only if you want to. You can request a text explanation without disclosing medical information. Reports help the owner prioritize fixes; no fixed response time is promised.
