Behind the result - No mystery in the method
We treat both entered dates as calendar dates, with day differences calculated in UTC to avoid daylight-saving shifts. The start must be on or before the “plan as of” date. Elapsed days exclude the starting day. We show the next annual anniversary on or after your planning date, days until it and the dates at 100, 365 and 1,000 days after the start.
A February 29 anniversary is observed on February 28 in a non-leap year; a leap year uses February 29. A 365-day milestone is not necessarily an annual anniversary. The calendar download is a single, all-day next-anniversary event, not an automatically repeating series. Its end date is exclusive (the following day). A selected 7- or 14-day reminder is included in the file, but your calendar app decides whether to honor it. Lovtester does not send notifications or sync calendars.
Blank optional fields are omitted from the result and download. Entered text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML. All calculations happen in your browser. This tool does not store names or answers, measure real love or compatibility, assess relationship quality, or give psychological or relationship advice.
Before you go
Why can an anniversary differ from a 365-day milestone?
Calendar years have 365 or 366 days. This planner uses the same month/day for anniversaries, with the stated February 29 rule, and simple day addition for numbered milestones.
Does downloading a calendar file create reminders automatically?
No. You must import the .ics file into your own calendar. It contains one event and any selected reminder; the calendar app controls import behavior, time zones and notifications. Check the imported date and reminder yourself.
Can I print or share the result?
Use Print / Save PDF or Download text after generating a result. Printing opens your browser’s print dialog; choose Save as PDF where available. There is no public result link. A saved file may contain the names or answers you entered, so share it only with permission.
Does Lovtester store our names or answers?
No. Tool inputs stay in the open page’s memory and are not sent to Lovtester or put in cookies, local storage or a database. Reset clears the tool. Downloads, browser/device features, hosting logs and messages you deliberately email are separate; see the Privacy Policy.
